Information will include general anatomy and physiology, causes of lymphedema, signs to look for if developing lymphedema and ways to prevent the development of lymphedema.

    This class will teach healthy living strategies for adults with prediabetes, insulin resistance, borderline diabetes, or type 2 diabetes.

This screening program provides increased awareness of the signs and symptoms of mental health issues, and will help you connect with available mental health resources in the community. Available for adults and older adolescents, in English or with Spanish interpretation.
