Grief is an appropriate response when people experience broken relationships, death, or life-changing events, and recovering from a major loss can be difficult. Talking with others who've had similar experiences and are at varying steps of recovery can help.
Groups are structured to facilitate the effects of grief through loss and the provision of tools to manage symptoms.
Joe Wilson, LCSW will facilitate the class.
