Instructors guide class members through exercises and provide expertise to help you meet your goals. This is a group exercise class in a heated therapy pool.</p><p>This class can help arthritis patients with:</p><ul><li>Improving range of motion, balance, flexibility, endurance</li><li>Pain relief and improved joint mobility</li><li>Decreasing swelling, improving circulation</li></ul>

    During this one night class, you’ll learn all of the basics and “how tos” of caring for your newborn. We’ll cover comforting, diapering, bathing, feeding, cord care, and sleeping. We’ll also discuss immunizations, circumcision for boys, jaundice, and car seats. A guest physician will drop by for a portion of the class to answer any of your baby care questions.
