St. Luke’s is proud to be part of the Jerome community, bringing our long tradition of skill, compassion, dedication, and compassionate care to the local population. We offer wide a range of services at our hospital and clinics, from emergency and family medicine to OB/GYN and geriatric care. We’re also dedicated to supporting your overall health and well-being through wellness and prevention programs, our annual health fair and kids’ safety days.     Mark Crandall, MD, FACC is a Twin Falls native and serves as chairman of the Cardiovascular Steering Committee, where he helps coordinate hospital quality improvements. He also serves as medical director of the Echocardiography Laboratory and medical director of the Heart Failure Clinic.

    Biography

    James Irwin, MD serves as director of the Magic Valley Rural Training Track Continuity Clinic at St. Luke’s Jerome, and was named Idaho’s 2011 Family Physician of the Year by the Idaho Academy of Family Physicians.

    Jarom Lamb, MD is trained in general surgery, including advanced laparoscopy and endoscopy. His special interests include bariatric surgery and advanced laparoscopy.

    Biography

    Russell Mayes, DO, FAO-CO is board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He treats both children and adults for many disorders involving the ears, nose, and throat (ENT). His main areas of focus include sinus and allergy disorders, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and head and neck cancer. He also sees patients with problems involving the tonsils, ear infections, hoarseness, and hearing loss.

    Melissa Merrill, CNM, WHNP earned her graduate degree as a certified nurse midwife from the University of Cincinnati, where she also earned her master's degree in nursing.

    Biography

    Kylan Peterson, DO is board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery. He sees patients of all ages for diseases of the ear, nose, and throat (ENT). His practice includes hearing and balance disorders, sinus diseases, cancer, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, ear infections, tonsil problems, hoarseness, voice disturbances, and allergies. Dr. Peterson has a special interest in medical and surgical treatment of ear-related diseases.

    Janet Renaldi, NP-C, CDE is experienced in providing diabetes education. She works with patients and their families to help them better understand diabetes management and maintain their health. She earned nursing degrees from the College of Southern Idaho and Idaho State University. She earned her family nurse practitioner degree from Idaho State University.
